Here is some information to help you plan your trip to Lisbon for the Best of Belron.

Travel

‍

‍Passport
Although you do not need to present your national ID card or passport to travel between two countries in the Schengen area, you should bring these documents with you as you may need to present them when traveling by plane, for example.

If you are traveling from a non-Schengen country, you will need to present an ID card or passport.

‍Visas
‍We advise attendees to check visa requirements with their travel agents or local Portuguese embassy. We can provide a ‘letter of invitation’ for anyone who requires a visa.

‍Transfers from Lisbon and Airport
‍To help you plan your journey it will take approx. 12 minutes to travel from Lisbon Airport to the MEO Arena.

‍

Belron will provide a transfer service on the following dates:

Monday 10 & Tuesday 11 June

Airport to hotels.

Wednesday 12 & Thursday 13 June

Airport to hotels and event venue. Hotels (only the ones that are near the Airport and in the City center) to and from event venue.

Friday 14 June

Hotels to airport.

‍Accommodation

You will receive an itinerary by email along with details about your hotel reservation two weeks before the event.

Central Lisbon is a 25-30 mins taxi ride away from the hotels.

Restaurants

Best of Belron 2024 will take place exactly during Festas de Lisboa, a national holiday, and restaurants are likely to be busy. Reservations made less than one month before the event are not recommended, as most restaurants are likely be fully booked.

Dress code

The dress code for the entire event is business casual.

Weather

The weather in Lisbon in June is mostly warm, dry and sunny and it rarely rains. The average daytime temperature is 21°C (70°F), with a minimum of 17°C (62.5°F) and a maximum of 26°C (79°F).
